Take a break from everyday life and enjoy a weekend filled with training, mindfulness, and community, surrounded by the calming power of nature. Over the course of two days, we offer a well-balanced program with outdoor training sessions, healthy food and moments of relaxation. Perfect for those who want to recharge and find balance in both body and mind.
